{"id":1072,"date":"2024-12-20T12:11:59","date_gmt":"2024-12-20T12:11:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.icin-conference.org\/?page_id=1072"},"modified":"2025-01-09T15:07:30","modified_gmt":"2025-01-09T15:07:30","slug":"camera-ready","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.icin-conference.org\/2025\/camera-ready\/","title":{"rendered":"Camera Ready"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">ICIN 2025 Camera ready guidelines<\/mark><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Important dates<\/mark><\/strong><br>Camera-ready upload and copyright form must be completed by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><s>January 6, 2025&nbsp;<\/s><\/strong> <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">January 13, 2025<\/mark><\/strong> for&nbsp;<strong>Full&nbsp;<\/strong>and&nbsp;<strong>Short papers<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>January 31, 2025 <\/strong>for&nbsp;<strong>Demo papers<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have received a paper acceptance email from the TPC co-chairs, please use these author instructions to prepare your&nbsp;<strong>final camera-ready paper<\/strong>.<br>Please make sure that&nbsp;<strong>reviewers comments are duly addressed<\/strong>&nbsp;in preparing the camera-ready version of your paper.<br>Papers must be written with minimum of 10-point font and must use standard IEEE two-column conference templates that can be downloaded from:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieee.org\/conferences\/publishing\/templates.html\">IEEE Templates<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For IEEEtran class in LaTeX, use the following as the first line in your LaTeX source file:<br>\\documentclass[10pt, conference]{IEEEtran}.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Formatting checks are enforced in the submission phase for final manuscripts. Please allow extra time to fix any formatting errors and use PDF eXpress to generate a compliant file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do&nbsp;<strong>NOT<\/strong>&nbsp;add any page numbering, header or footer (other than the copyright info discussed below).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please follow the 3 steps to finalize your camera-ready paper: submission<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">1. IEEE e-copyright form<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Authors of accepted papers must complete the IEEE eCopyright Form. One copyright form is required for each accepted paper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The electronic copyright form can be accessed via EDAS (<a href=\"http:\/\/edas.info\/\">http:\/\/edas.info<\/a>) by selecting the \u201cMy Papers\u201d tab, then selecting the paper title, and finally clicking on the \u201c+\u201d sign corresponding to the \u201ccopyright form\u201d field. This will walk you through a series of steps.&nbsp;<strong>Make sure that the title\/author list is&nbsp;EXACTLY&nbsp;as in your final camera-ready paper.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">2. IEEE PDF eXpress<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Authors are required to use IEEE PDF eXpress to check if their final PDF file is Xplore-compliant.&nbsp;<strong>Papers that are not compliant will not be included in the proceedings nor published.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The PDF eXpress site can also be used to convert source files into an IEEE Xplore-compliant PDF file (e.g., for LaTeX users, create a ZIP file that includes DVI and EPS figure files altogether, and then upload the ZIP file for the system to convert into a compliant PDF file; for MS Word users, upload the Word file and let it convert and return a compliant PDF file).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to IEEE PDF eXpress Website:&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.pdf-express.org\/\">&nbsp;<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/ieee-pdf-express.org\/\"><strong>https:\/\/ieee-pdf-express.org\/<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create an IEEE PDF eXpress account (use conference ID:&nbsp;<strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">64016X<\/mark><\/strong>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use \u2018new user\u2019 if you haven\u2019t used this site before<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continue to enter information as prompted<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The validated PDF obtained from PDF eXpress is the file that you must upload as a final version. It includes a label in the PDF metadata that certifies the compatibility with IEEE Xplore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">3. Camera-ready paper upload<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The final paper should be uploaded via EDAS (<a href=\"http:\/\/edas.info\/\">http:\/\/edas.info<\/a>) by selecting the \u201cMy Papers\u201d tab, then selecting the paper title.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please double-check the information that you provided during submission, including the title of the paper, abstract, name, affiliation, and e-mail address of the authors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please list Authors in order of authorship. Be aware that, in accordance with publications standards, you cannot add or remove any co-author at this stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Upload the validated PDF eXpress file obtained in the previous steps as&nbsp;<strong>Final Manuscript<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Important Information<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At least&nbsp;<strong>one author is required to register, at the AUTHOR rate<\/strong>, to present in person accepted papers at the conference and for the paper to appear in the proceedings. The IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Papers are of the following types:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Full<\/strong>&nbsp;papers: up to&nbsp;<strong>8 pages<\/strong>, including tables, figures, and references.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Short&nbsp;<\/strong>papers: up to&nbsp;<strong>5 pages<\/strong>, including tables, figures, and references (full papers accepted as short papers will be required to be reduced to 5-pages in length).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Demo<\/strong>&nbsp;papers:&nbsp;<strong>3 pages<\/strong>, including tables, figures, and references.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Workshop<\/strong>&nbsp;papers: up to&nbsp;<strong>8 pages<\/strong>&nbsp;(<strong>full papers<\/strong>) or <strong>5 pages<\/strong>&nbsp;(<strong>short papers<\/strong>), including tables, figures, and references.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Papers should not contain any plagiarized material, nor have been submitted to any other conference at the same time (double submission).
