Call For Tutorials
The 30th Conference on Innovation in Clouds, Internet and Networks (ICIN 2027) invites tutorial proposals from distinguished researchers, academics, and experienced industry practitioners. Tutorials should address the conference theme, “Innovation in the Intelligent, Secure, and Sustainable Cloud–Internet–Network Continuum”, and explore emerging technologies, architectures, and methodologies shaping the integration of cloud, edge, Internet, and network infrastructures.
Tutorials are expected to highlight how intelligent, secure, and sustainable technologies can support the development of future integrated network and service ecosystems. Relevant topics include, but are not limited to, artificial intelligence and machine learning for autonomous network and service management, Cloud–edge–device continuum architectures, intelligent orchestration and resource optimization, programmable, virtualized, and software-defined infrastructures, security, privacy, trust, and resilience across distributed environments, zero-trust and AI-driven cybersecurity, energy-efficient networking and sustainable cloud-network, and emerging paradigms such as 6G, digital twins, federated intelligence, quantum networking, and post-quantum security.
Proposals should provide attendees with a comprehensive and accessible understanding of these innovations, combining fundamental concepts with practical approaches, real-world applications, and open research challenges.
Guidelines for Tutorial Proposals
Tutorial proposals must be submitted as a single PDF file (maximum 4 pages) and should include the following information:
● Tutorial Title
● Duration: short (90 minutes) or long (180 minutes with a break)
● Abstract: a concise overview of the concept, motivation, and objectives of the tutorial (up to 300 words)
● Speakers: names, affiliations, and short biographies highlighting relevant expertise and prior experience (up to 300 words per speaker)
● Intended Audience: a description of the target audience and any prerequisite knowledge required of participants
● Format and Schedule: planned format (e.g., lecture, hands-on session, demonstration) and a tentative time schedule
● Content Description: a detailed account of the tutorial content, including the relevance and timeliness of the topic, the specific goals of the session, and an outline of the material to be covered. If applicable, provide details of previous tutorial experience, including audience size and feedback, and describe how the proposed tutorial differs from past versions.
● Handout Materials: a brief description of the non-interactive materials that will be made available to attendees (e.g., slides, software tools, code snippets, virtual machines, or detailed instructions/README files).

Corresponding authors of accepted tutorials will be notified by email from the Tutorial Chairs once a decision has been made.
Please note that no financial compensation is provided for presenters of accepted tutorials. Tutorial speakers will be kindly requested to register for the conference, either as regular participants or as authors if they are also presenting papers. Depending on budget availability, the Organizing Committee may explore the possibility of offering a reduced registration fee.
