Submission Guidelines
Authors are invited to submit a 3-page demo proposal in IEEE conference double-column format, preferably incorporating a demo system architecture illustration.
The proposal should also describe in detail what ICIN 2027 attendees will experience during the demonstration. Furthermore, we encourage software demos that the audience can interact with.
Authors of regular full and short papers submitted to ICIN 2027 are encouraged to submit a demo paper to showcase the relevance of the proposal detailed in their paper contribution.
Demo papers should be submitted through the EDAS entry of ICIN 2027, selecting Demo Paper Track
Only PDF files will be accepted.
The demo proposals will be peer-reviewed based on the following criteria:
- Extent and significance of the research contribution
- Potential impact on the audience
- Quality of the proposed implementation
- Presentation quality
Accepted demo papers will be included in the conference proceedings.
At least one author of each accepted demo is required to register to ICIN 2027 conference and present the demo at the scheduled demo session(s).
Important Dates
- Demo Paper Submission: January 8, 2027
- Demo Paper Acceptance Notification: January 23, 2027
- Camera-Ready Demo Papers: January 30, 2027
